General Terms and Conditions of Sale for guided tours organized by PARIS AVEC VOUS VISITES

1. PRICE AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Prices of services sold are those in effect on the day the order is placed. They are shown in euros.

Prices of services generally include the services of a certified tour guide, entry fees for site visits (museums, monuments, etc.), booking fee for obtaining a time slot from the museum for access to the site as part of a “constituted group”, and sometimes transportation between sites.

Unless otherwise stated, all visits start within Paris, at the place indicated by the purchaser at least 48h before departure. It is advisable to arrive 15 minutes before the departure time of the chosen program.

2. BOOKING THE GUIDE AND GUIDED TOUR

The booking procedure for a guided tour takes place as follows:

The purchaser receives, on request, a detailed proposal from Paris Avec Vous Visites and a pro-forma invoice which serves as a quote and request for a deposit.

Unless otherwise agreed, a tour booking takes effect upon receipt of the requested deposit by Paris Avec Vous Visites.

Payment of the deposit signifies acceptance by the purchaser of the general terms and conditions of sale, and of the specific conditions stated on the quote.

3. PAYMENT OF THE SERVICE

Payment of the deposit for the tour is by check, bank transfer or credit card to the account of Paris Avec Vous Visites. The balance of the payment is made after the service provided, upon receipt of the invoice.

4. DEPOSIT AMOUNT

The amount of the deposit is specified by the sending of a pro-forma invoice.

5. LAST MINUTE BOOKING

All last minute bookings must be paid directly and in full on our website.

6. CANCELLATION DEADLINE

All booked tours may be cancelled no later than 8 calender days before the day of the visit. Additional costs may be deducted, depending on the program cancelled, if additional costs have been incurred (non refundable fast-track bookings, etc…). Unless otherwise agreed, any visit cancelled less than 8 days before the day of the visit results in the loss of the deposit and any potential additional costs.
